CUSTOM ORDERS
Does Kool Kultures offer CUSTOM ORDERS?
YES! We currently do offer custom orders. However, all custom order requests have to be evaluated prior to purchase to ensure that it can be made.
How can a CUSTOM ORDER be placed?
Placing a custom order is super easy! Just email us at help@koolkultures.com explaining your request (if you have a picture that can better show us what you're looking for, that would be even better!)
What is the PROCESS of placing a CUSTOM ORDER?
1. Send an email to help@koolkultures.com with your request
2. We review your request and will either begin working on your design OR email you back asking for more information
3. We send you a PROOF of your request
4. You either APPROVE or DENY the request
- If you APPROVE the proof, go to STEP 5
- If you DENY the proof, you send us more information - go back to STEP 3
5. Your product will be posted on the website as a PRE-ORDER & the link to the product will be sent to you.
6. You make a purchase of the PRE-ORDER with the quantity you desire
7. Your order is produced
8. Your order is shipped out
9. You receive your beautifully customized order & share our website with all your friends!
10. Your friends love you forever for giving them the opportunity to love and cherish their own beautiful cultures!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A CUSTOMIZED ORDER?
Because of the length in process of creating a customized product, it may take up to a month to receive a custom order. During the process of your customized order, you will be notified regularly of the status, in regards to receiving the product(s).
HOW MUCH WILL MY CUSTOM ORDER COST?
