PRE-ORDERS
What is a PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order is when a product is listed that hasn’t been manufactured yet, or that isn’t on sale yet, but will be launched at a certain date or time. By purchasing a pre-order product, you are reserving it before it’s available, so you know it won’t sell out and also will receive the product as soon as it launches.
Why should I PRE-ORDER a product?
Pre-ordering a product means that you are guaranteed to receive a product as soon as it is in stock. This means that you will 100% receive a product before it goes out of stock.
How long does it take to receive a product that I have PRE-ORDERED?
Because PRE-ORDER products are not in stock, we have to wait for the manufacturing/production of the product before we actually receive it in stock. This usually takes a couple of weeks but can even take up to a month. Once it is produced and we have it in stock, we will ship out to you as soon as possible. Once the product is shipped out, you will receive an email notification right away, letting you know that your product has been shipped out.
If I purchase a product as a PRE-ORDER along with a product that is IN STOCK, will I receive them as two separate orders?
OUR STORE'S STANDARD: We will ship out BOTH your in stock product purchases AND your PRE-ORDER purchases as soon as we have your PRE-ORDER products in stock.
IF, however, you would like to receive your in stock order first and have the PRE-ORDER purchase shipped out when available, you HAVE to make TWO separate orders consisting of the following:
- ONE order with your PRE-ORDER purchases &
- ONE order with your purchases of products that are IN STOCK
